• Evaluate and ensure that all products are fitted, sealed, tested and approved, so that they meet the quality, performance, safety and legal requirements
• Risk assessment of all new products is done to identify potential legal or safety issues and define controls to manage them
• Implement the quality systems at every stage of product development
• Create and maintain accurate  data records for technical KPI pack
• Resolve issues / queries with the buyers and suppliers
• Induct suppliers on company sampling requirements, testing and quality standards

Communicate potential issues with new suppliers or any issues relating to development and production 

• Graduate in footwear manufacturing with prior experience of at least 5 years in the footwear industry, preferable in buying office
• Experience of working in product development is essential
• Experience in footwear is a must
• Proven experience of evaluating and fitting products against specifications
• Must demonstrate good professional skills like attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, communication skills, etc.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office
