Logistics Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall effective logistics operations
  • Manage warehouse team and external 3PL to perform daily operation
  • Monitor and ensure appropriate work practices and procedures in compliance with internal and individual customers’ routing guide are in place and followed through
  • Provide training and coaching to develop the team
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks if required

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in operations / logistic managerial position
  • Experience in B2C logistics and lead logistics projects independently
  • Good organization skills and attention to details
  • Good analytical skills and people management
  • Good project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English Cantonese and Mandarin, in both verbal and written.
