Logistics Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall effective logistics operations
- Manage warehouse team and external 3PL to perform daily operation
- Monitor and ensure appropriate work practices and procedures in compliance with internal and individual customers’ routing guide are in place and followed through
- Provide training and coaching to develop the team
- Assist in ad hoc tasks if required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ experience in operations / logistic managerial position
- Experience in B2C logistics and lead logistics projects independently
- Good organization skills and attention to details
- Good analytical skills and people management
- Good project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English Cantonese and Mandarin, in both verbal and written.
